F.E. WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, Wyo. --

Lt. Col. James Cline took command of the 37th Helicopter Squadron during a change-of-command ceremony at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, July 21.

 

Lt. Col. Todd Ivener, outgoing commander, will continue his Air Force career at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland.

 

A change-of-command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal transfer of authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
