    STRATCOM commander awards Omaha Trophy to Malmstrom AFB

    Gen. Anthony J. Cotton, commander of U.S. Strategic Command, left, holds the 2023 Omaha Trophy with Carman Tapio, Strategic Command Consultation Committee representative, center, and Col.
