Twentieth Air Force wing commanders and command chiefs join Maj. Gen. Anthony Cotton for the fall 20th AF Senior Leadership Conference at Camp Guernsey, Wyo., Sept. 19, 2016. The leaders tested various weapons at the 620th Ground Combat Training Squadron firing range. The conference gave 20th AF leadership an opportunity to work together to continually improve mission performance.
