20 AF Airmen visit national laboratory

This plastic toy wheel is created in one piece by a state-of-the-art 3D printer at Metals Additive Manufacturing Process Laboratory at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in California. The MAMPL is one of 684 facilities at the LLNL. Airmen from across the 20th Air Force toured LLNL Nov. 8-9 on a professional development trip hosted by the 20th AF ICBM Center of Excellence.
